“The Snow Queen”
“The Snow Queen” is a dance show performed by the dance group “La Fantaisie”, based on Hans Christian Andersen’s famous fairytale.
It is a modern interpretation of “The Snow Queen” fairytale, that combines various styles of dance, unique musical montages, and captivating animations on screen.
Based on Andersen’s story, the performance takes you through the adventures of two best friends, Kai and Gerda. These brave children show no fear in their struggle to defeat the Snow Queen, evil and powerful, who is determined to turn the world into an ice kingdom.
The show is presented by the “La Fantaisie” dance group, with more than 100 dancers from ages 3 to 18, who performs more than 25 choreographies in different styles, such as jazz, modern, tap, disco, latin and hip-hop.
